Who and where founded Bagatelle Group?
Born in 2000 in the meatpacking district of New York, Bagatelle NYC first hit the restaurant scene and took the trendsetting city by storm. Established by French entrepreneurs Rémi Laba and Aymeric Clement who had the vision of elevating the restaurant experience in New York and bringing the romanticism of a French Bistro and cuisine to the USA, their concept rapidly took off and became known for its brunches flowing with champagne which then turned into lavish parties. This is the infallible recipe that each of their restaurants follow.

With the power to consistently create new concepts, designs and menus in various destinations around the world, the Bagatelle Group has ambitious goals to extend its reach within the next five years. With exponential growth over the past 22 years, Bagatelle Group most recently welcomed Bagatelle Mykonos to its collection of top restaurants. It also operates the Saint Tropez branch of Parisian brands Loulou and Raspoutine in Miami.
