Having started life in Monte Carlo back in 2005, Beef Bar can now be found all over the world – from Hong Kong, where it was awarded a Michelin-star after just one year, to Mykonos, Dubai and Mexico City, as well as Luxembourg, Meribel, Rome and Paris. The Beef Bar concept has rapidly spread along the French Riviera, too, from Monte Carlo to Nice and Cannes, and finally, Beef Bar St Tropez is here!
What is Beef Bar St Tropez all about?
Beef Bar was conceived to break the traditional codes of rigid, high-end cuisine by offering a simple menu using high-quality ingredients, in a casual and unpretentious atmosphere. The menu comes in three parts – street food to share, the best cuts of beef, sourced from around the world, and innovative salads, fresh fish dishes and pasta.

Where can we find Beef Bar St Tropez?
Beef Bar St Tropez is located in the charming 5-star Hotel Lou Pinet, which was restyled in 2017 to feel more like a home, where friends gather to soak up the genuine spirit of St-Tropez. Being elegant and relaxed, Beef Bar St Tropez’s décor perfectly complements this style. The restaurant also extends outdoors onto large terraces overlooking the pool, with tables positioned to create a natural sense of privacy.
What’s on the menu?
The concept of Street Food is to share small portions of international dishes, such as prosciutto, iconic pizza, or Kobe beef kebab. For seafood lovers there’s sea bass ceviche or Hamachi Crudo using yellowtail sashimi, while vegetable courses include Beet Carpaccio and fresh Guacamole.
For the cuts of beef, Beef Bar has developed its own patented method to achieve a crispy meat seal with a tender, juicy heart, and to accompany each cut, there are over fifteen homemade potato-based purées, using butter, spices and condiments.
Beef lovers get to choose between prime Black Angus beef, which comes either marbled, as ribs or tournedos, or sautéed with vegetables. Alternatively, there’s young European beef, or Australian WX Wagyu beef Grands Crus, including a double rib-eye or the ‘Incredible Tomahawk’ that’s so big, it needs to be shared between two or three people. The certified Japanese Kobe beef options include Teppanyaki, ravioli with summer truffles, or a Big K double Kobe beef bacon cheeseburger.
Highlights for non-meat eaters include gourmet salads, and seafood lovers will enjoy the steamed sea bream, grilled Chilean sea bass, or spaghetti alle vongole, with side-dishes of puréed potato creams and a choice of vegetables.
Afterwards, diners can indulge in one of Beef Bar St Tropez’s Signature Soufflés for two, either made with dark chocolate or with Provençal honey and pine nuts. Other highlights are Beef Bar Tropezienne, French Toast, a seasonal fruit tart or a cheese platter.
To enjoy Beef Bar St Tropez to the full, why not look for villas to rent in Ramatuelle and stay in the neighbourhood, meaning you don’t have to rush back anywhere after your indulgent meal. You can also relax on the famous Pampelonne Beach, enjoy spectacular sea views, and indulge in everything else Saint-Tropez has to offer.
