COLETTE FITNESS is for EveryBody, whether you’re 4, 40 or 104 years of age. Colette believes that exercise should be part of your everyday life. She listens to her client’s fitness goals and draws on her extensive fitness background to develop a personalized program that fits into their lifestyle. Depending on the client’s preferences, a personal training session could consist of yoga, kickboxing, running, biking, a swimming pool workout, swiss ball, dyna band and/or weight training.
