So while it’s no secret that Spring is definitely in full swing, one little tidbit you might not have known is that, one of the venues tipped to be ‘the place to be seen‘ and which you simply must add to your summer ‘hang-outs’ checklist is the l’Horizon restaurant and champagne bar, which opened its doors to the upcoming summer season on April 4th.
